A long wooden pier extends into the sea, supported by numerous pillars and lined with lampposts. A small building with a red flag sits at the end. The sky is dramatic, with dark clouds and hints of light breaking through. A single bird flies in the distance, and the sun illuminates the side of the pier. Photograph taken in Sopot, Poland.

Testing the Konica FC-1 and the Konica Hexanon AR 135 mm F2.5, I took a couple of photos in Sopot. I took this one right after taking some sunrise shots from the far end of the pier. The sun was still very low in the sky, and it cast a lovely yellow glow on the pier. I did minimal editing on this image, mostly focusing on highlighting the yellow-blue colour contrast.
